Hm tapi ternyata istirahatnya nggak bisa total.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tuntutan Mama harus selalu dalam kondisi prima dan tanpa mengeluh kadang jadi Jebakan Batman tersendiri buatku :D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oh well.. untung deh si Kakak cuma minta bikin kue bareng Resep Muffin tanpa mixer ini, jadi bikinnya cukup simple.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Abusi ( Kakek dalam bahasa Aceh ) yang biasanya nggak suka kue manis, kali ini justru kesengsem sama kue kecil yang garing diluar tapi empuk didalam... Pulangnya nostalgia deh ke resto yang biasa kita kunjungi waktu Alm. Papa masih ada. Kebetulan ditoko itu jual kue juga .. salah satunya Kue Mutiara Lonceng.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Karean akunya lagi menggebu-gebu belajar bikin kue, nah mereka khusus menyisakan 2 potong untuk aku coba dan harus bisa bikin..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Halah... untung kerjaan kantor memungkina aku browsing cari resep... koq ya kebetulan ada... nih aku post resepnya sekalian.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;100g Sago pearls&lt;br /&gt;50g water chestnut powder&lt;br /&gt;75ml water&lt;br /&gt;55g sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp corn oil&lt;br /&gt;50g red bean paste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;1. Soak sago in a covered saucepan with lots of hot boiling water for at least 1 hour. Stirring it occasionally to prevent them sticking together. Aku udah takut suamiku bakal BT diajak kesini maklumlah Bapak-bapak ( MAYORITAS loh..!! bukan berarti semuanya ) biasanya males diajak ketempat seperti ini.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Nggak disangka... dia malah asyik sendiri berkeliling... baca buku-buku... lihat-lihat loyang. Sambil asyik mempelajari aneka mentega alias butter... Dia kira yang namanya butter itu cuma merek orchid dan margarine cuma Blueband... he..he... Belum lagi melihat coklat collata kiloan... wah.... !!&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Singkat cerita dia takjublah dengan toko ini. Pulang cuma dapat 1 order... Bikinin Tiramisu... ( entah kenapa bisa muncul order ini... )&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sabtu 15 April&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Sambil nunggu mobil diservis di bengkel.. aku kelilingan downtown untuk menjelajah, satu persatu toko yang ada di daftar NCC : Wilton, Mira, Rossy, Tigerson dan Ani. Karena Toko Mira udah buka cabang di Depok, ya aku skip aja. Karena jaraknya terlalu dekat dengan Rossy terpaksa Tigerson aku skip untuk menghemat waktu. Bluebell kabarnya = Ani ... so.....di skip juga.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Wilton...&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Karena udah beberapa kali baca tips NCCers, di toko ini pelayannya jutek. Hm.. waktu aku masuk aku sudah nggak expect lagi dapat senyum dan pelayanan yang diidamkan setiap pelanggap toko. Tapi aku sejenak pelajari toko ini, kenapa atmosfirnya beda. Hm no wonder... toko yang terbiasa melayani pelanggan grosiran ( baca yang beli banyak untuk usaha sendiri ) ternyata pelayanannya lebih warm ketimbang yang seperti aku membeli dalam hitungan jari. Ya ndak bisa disalahkan juga kali ya. Aku kebetulan berbarengan dengan beberapa customer yang membeli bunga gula-gula ( hiasan kue yang konon edible ) dalam jumlah banyak, terus ada lagi yang beli loyang-loyang ukuran kecil dalam jumlah besar. Belum lagi dering telp yang merupakan pesanan. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Rossy...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;  Toko ini nyaris sepi... hm... memang sepi karena aku satu-satunya yang ada disitu ( mungkin karena hari libur mungkin juga kepagian.. :P ) Walau nggak lama, tapi aku ketemu beberapa barang yang aku cari termasuk seri VCD yang beberapa waktu lalu dikasih tips sama Mbak Fat.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ani...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;  Ya memang agak tricky untuk pemula yang nggak tahu medan daerah Gunung Sahari... dan untuk mereka yang sering dipingit kaya aku :P...... Aku terpaksa 2 kali muterin Gunung Sahari 1 karena kelewatan toko Ani. Papan nama toko ini dipasang diatas pintu toko yang seperti rumah. Asli nggak bakal ngeh kalau itu TBK. Aku udah curiga dengan mobil-mobil yang berderet parkir disana. Tapi mana seeeehhh tokonya. Akhirnya emergency button, telepon toko Ani dan minta ancer-ancernya. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Berhasil...berhasil...berhasil hore... !!&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Sayang yang aku cari nggak ketemu. Wilton-Christmas Red &amp; Wilton-Black. Tapi asli aku betah banget ditoko ini. Mengagumi setiap loyang import yang jaaauuuuuuhhhhh dari jangkauan ( moril dan materil ). Sampai akhirnya kena virus baking :D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bongkar resep dan nyolek si oven yang lama nggak dipake... berulang kali gagal...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sampai akhirnya aku baru bisa bikin adonan yang pas setelah satu bagian telur dikurangi dari resep yang tertera.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Panggang dengan api yang cukup besar.. dan woaaallaaa.... jadilah si Sus dan eclair ini...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ludes ? Bagi yang sudah pakar pasti membuatnya jadi lebih rapi dan indah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aku sendiri kursus membuat kue ini bersama teman-teman kumpulan milis di Depok. Dari jatah kacang hijau ( Mung Beans ) yang jadi jatah peserta kursus, aku sengaja berhenti di separuh bagian.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why ? Karena pada hasil karyaku yang terakhir ( ke 19 ), hasilnya mulai tidak memuaskan. Jadi sebelum semua berantakan ya.. hitung-hitung pemula, aku berhenti saat masih bisa membetuk tiruan buah yang dalam bentuk baik...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yang tersulit adalah membuat semangka.... lebih njelimet...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not so badlah.. I won't push myself too hard...
